Terms All orders are shipped freight collect, F.O.B. Factory, unless payment has been made in advance for prepaid shipment. Small orders are normally packed in a carton and shipped by commercial carriers. Large orders may be shipped blanket-wrapped via reputable furniture carriers. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and note any damages or shortage on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt and notify HartWood immediately.
Limited Warranty All materials and workmanship are warranted to be free from defects under normal and reasonable use for a period of one year from date of delivery .The liability is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of such parts by HartWood where, in our opinion, damage is caused by defect and not misuse or neglect. The warranty is automatically void if any unauthorized repairs or alterations are performed. Slight shrinkage and expansion of joints are to be expected in furniture used outdoors or outdoor-like environments.
